• Reservation and booking reminders.
• Scheduled service notifications.
• Customer-requested confirmations and callbacks.

Prohibited uses

• Fraud, phishing, impersonation or scams.
• Harassment, threats or intimidation.
• Unlawful robocalling or traffic that violates applicable calling restrictions.
• Deceptive caller ID or identity manipulation.
• Traffic designed to evade carrier filtering, regulatory controls or provider safeguards.
• Unsolicited mass calling or repeated calls intended to annoy or pressure recipients.
• Illegal content or instructions facilitating illegal activity.
• Automated calls to emergency services or other critical services except where expressly supported and authorized.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate usage patterns, complaints, abuse reports and security signals. Where appropriate, we may limit, suspend or terminate access and may cooperate with lawful requests from providers or authorities.
